I am a certified ADHD Coach, but before this I am a person with ADHD, and I understand that ADHD is one part of who we are. I coach the whole person in the direction they choose, with a deep understanding and commitment to intersectionality and your own life experiences.

Sophie is a certified ADHD Coach, Trainer and Consultant. With a late diagnosis of ADHD, and a subsequent understanding of the chaos that came before, she prides herself on coaching with compassion and sharing the daily reality of life with ADHD. Her greatest source of dopamine is ADHD coaching - supporting others to get what they want and accept themselves along the way.
