One to One Sessions with Sophie Hailwood, Certified ADHD Coach

  • I offer coaching sessions online, for a duration of one hour.
  • All sessions include meeting notes, action notes, and resources to use between sessions.
  • I offer a non-judgemental and safe space to explore what you need.
  • I offer various coaching packages which can be funded privately or through Access to Work.  


Who is Coaching for?

Anyone who is experiencing challenges due to ADHD is welcome to get in touch about coaching. This could be someone: 


  • with a diagnosis
  • on a waiting list for an assessment
  • who self-identifies as having ADHD and isn't seeking a diagnosis
  • who is questioning whether they may have ADHD
  • who has a partner or child experiencing any of the above and wants to get coaching for themself in relation to their loved one's ADHD


Anyone over the age of 18 is welcome to get in touch about coaching. If you are under 18 please ask your parent or guardian to make contact to discuss your needs.


Particular groups of people may benefit or relate to being coached by me due to my own specialisms, previous work experience, and lived experience:


  • late diagnosed adults
  • people from the LGBTQ+ community
  • people experiencing addiction - as defined by themselves, or who have concerns about addictive behaviour
  • people in positions of leadership, or who aspire to move into senior leadership 
  • people with co-existing mental or physical health issues
  • people struggling with weight management and/or their relationship with food

How can Coaching help me?

The short answer is - however you want it to! It's about what you want to change in your life - the sessions are your own.

That said, sometimes we just feel stuck, I get it, so if you don't know where to start we can work through a series of sessions designed to help you get to know how ADHD works, how it impacts you and how to make changes that will help you achieve the things you want to.
