For whatever reason, you think your organisation needs to become more inclusive for neurodivergent people, which is why you're here. Sometimes this comes up in staff surveys, through external accreditation processes or perhaps from customer feedback. Either way, it's a vital thing to be getting right and it's great you're here to find out more.
If you know what you want to do - be that some coaching for individuals or training courses for relevant teams / org wide, then please get in touch to discuss this further.
But - if your need is greater, or you're not sure how or what you absolutely need, an audit is a good place to start.
The value of an audit is an expert lens on your specific circumstances, rather than hedging your bets on a few training courses because they're what you can afford within the budget. Learning needs can be addressed in many ways that can be more cost effective and relevant than a blanket org wide training delivery. An audit is also an essential tool to respond effectively when something's gone wrong or a neurodivergent individual has had a bad experience.
Auditing is most effective in person, and I can travel to you to meet relevant staff, see how your organisation operates and gather the relevant information for my report and recommendations.
If in person auditing isn't practical, I can offer an online alternative.
Following an audit I will provide a full report and action plan. Objectives will be based on realistic action and the resources I have identified through discussion with yourselves. I am then available for additional support check ins and reviews at agreed points.
